Internal Revenue Service
Internal Revenue Service forms
The Internal Revenue Service is the federal tax authority of the United States. It publishes the forms below together with separate instructions for most of them, and dates each revision by the year the form first applies to rather than the year you file in. Official IRS website.
How the IRS publishes these forms
- The IRS dates each revision by the year the form first applies to, not the year you file it in. A 2025 revision of an information return is first filed in January 2026, and revisions are published up to a year ahead.
- Most of these forms have separate instructions published alongside them, linked from the form page on irs.gov.
- The IRS forms listed here are interactive PDFs, so their fields can be completed in the browser rather than typed onto the page.
