Form T1213: Request to Reduce Tax Deductions at Source
Used to ask the CRA to let an employer deduct less tax at source when deductions or credits will reduce the tax owed.
This form ships as a flat PDF with no interactive fields, so field-by-field online filling is not available. Open it in the editor to type onto the page, or download the official PDF. The Canada Revenue Agency also publishes a fillable version on its own site. That one is encrypted and built for Adobe Reader, so it will not fill here.
